# Meine Ware ist beschädigt. Was kann ich tun?

**Du hast eine Reklamation? Kein Problem! Wir kümmern uns schnellstmöglich um dein Anliegen. Bitte schicke uns das ausgefüllte [Reklamationsformular](https://reklamationsformular.ticaa.de/Reklamationsformular-TiCAA.pdf) an [service@ticaa.de](mailto:service@ticaa.de) und beschreibe uns dein Problem kurz zusammengefasst. Schicke uns am besten Fotos von den Schäden am Produkt, so können wir deine Reklamation innerhalb von 2-4 Werktagen bearbeiten.**

__HINWEIS: Reklamationen ohne Reklamationsformular können wir leider nicht bearbeiten.__

TIPP: Bitte bewahre die Montageanleitung auf!
